Based on the tried and tested damping technology of the MC150 up to 600 series, these self-compensating miniature shock absorbers from ACE are available in a stainless steel version. The outer bodies and all accessories are made of V4A (1.4404 material). The MC150 up to the MC600-V4A series are therefore predestined for use in the medical technology, food, electronics and shipbuilding industry. These special dampers offer all known advantages of the MC standard series. The proven ACE roll diaphragm technology achieves maximum downtime and the direct installation in the pressure chamber (up to 7 bar) can be realized. Comprehensively graded hardness areas combined with the highest energy absorption ensure a complete application at 0.9 to 4536 kg of effective mass. Suitable accessories in V4A and an integrated positive stop enable a wide range of application possibilities. Optionally, the MC150 up to 600 V4A types are filled with a special oil in order to fulfil the approval conditions (NSF-H1) for the food industry.
