A special feature for the horizontal clamp GN 820.4 is its low profile in clamping position. They are designed in such a way to avoid the operator's fingers being caught between the retracting clamping arm and the operating handle (safety distance). These clamps are fitted with a safety function. During closing, a safety hook ensures a form-locking bolting connection. It prevents the inadvertent unlocking of the clamping position caused by vibrations. To open, turn the safety hook out of the bolting connection (one-hand operation). Stepped side washers respectively clamping bolt retainers are included.
