Detalii produs : 11101152 PFERD - HAND FILE 1112 150 C2 PFERD
The 1112 series workshop files have a flat profile designed for the precise machining of right-angled geometries. Available in several lengths and three sizes, they cover the full range of filing operations, from roughing to finishing.
Features:
The 1112 range of files features a flat cross-section with cross-cut teeth on three sides and a smooth edge, allowing work to be carried out right up to corners without risk of damaging adjacent surfaces. Each file is available with a shank, in industrial packaging without a handle; a wooden or ergonomic handle can be added as preferred.
Three grit sizes cater to distinct requirements: size 1 provides coarse material removal for roughing; size 2 is suitable for general filing work; and size 3 is designed for precision machining and finishing work. Material is removed evenly from the tip to the shank, regardless of the length used.
The range covers lengths from 100 mm to 350 mm, with widths and heights proportional to the size. This progression makes it easier to match the tool to the workpiece.
Specifications:
- Available lengths: 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350 mm.
- Cross-section: rectangular.
- Widths by length: 12 mm (100 mm), 16 mm (150 mm), 20 mm (200 mm), 25 mm (250 mm), 30 mm (300 mm), 35 mm (350 mm).
- Heights depending on length: 2.5 mm (100 mm), 4 mm (150 mm), 5 mm (200 mm), 6 mm (250 mm), 6.5 mm (300 mm), 7.5 mm (350 mm).
- Available sizes: 1 (roughing), 2 (general purpose), 3 (finishing and precision).
- Version: with shank, without handle.
- Packaging: industrial packaging.
- Machinable materials: steel and cast steel, steels up to 1,200 N/mm² (< 38 HRC), aluminium, bronze, copper, brass, zinc, grey cast iron and spheroidal graphite cast iron (GG/GJL, GGG/GJS).
Standards:
- DIN 7261, Form A: German standard defining the geometry of flat workshop files, in particular the profile, proportions and shape of the file tooth.
Aplicații
The files in the 1112 range are used in routine metalworking and industrial maintenance operations: deburring machined parts, chamfering, rounding off sharp edges and machining flat surfaces. Their ability to work on right-angled geometries makes them particularly suitable for grinding grooves, shoulders and perpendicular faces.
These files are used in a variety of settings, such as boilermaking, fine sheet metal work, general engineering, mould and tool maintenance, and industrial metalwork.
