GS seals are single acting bayonet type piston buffer seals with a PTFE sliding ring and an O-ring as a nitrile rubber preload ring. The seals are suitable for applications with high sealing requirements and are able to handle pressure peaks and protect the main piston seal. They can be used in double acting cylinders when using two seals in an O bearing arrangement.
