Detalii produs : C96SDB125-200 SMC - SMC C96SDB125-200 ISO CYLINDER
SMC C96SDB series pneumatic cylinders, double-acting and single-rod, incorporate a magnetic piston and a threaded rod, for bores from 32 mm to 100 mm. This new generation combines pneumatic cushioning at both ends with an additional elastic shock absorber, with a weight reduction of up to 17 %.
Characteristics:
This cylinder operates double-acting and drives a single rod, threaded at the end, with a nut that can now be screwed up to the shoulder. Its piston incorporates a permanent magnet, enabling position detection by small magnetic sensors, of the electronic type (D-M9□, D-M9□W) or reed type (D-A9□), mounted directly on the tie rod via a dedicated bracket and adjustable in one direction only.
No lubrication is required for operation, and the piston speed can vary from 50 mm/s to 1,000 mm/s. The cushioning combines an air cushion at both ends with an additional shock absorber, which limits metallic noise at end of stroke and shortens the cycle time.
Specifications:

- Maximum stroke: 1,000 mm for the 32 mm bore, 1,900 mm for 40 to 100 mm bores; longer strokes are available on request.
- Mass: from 0.65 kg (32 mm bore) to 4.03 kg (100 mm bore), representing a reduction of 12 % to 17 % depending on bore compared with the previous version of the series.
- Compatible sensors: electronic type (D-M9□) or reed type (D-A9□), DC supply from 5 V to 24 V or AC from 100 V to 200 V depending on model.
- Mounting: basic mount (B).
Standards:
- ISO 15552 standard: this international standard defines the interchangeability dimensions of tie-rod pneumatic cylinders, ensuring dimensional compatibility between cylinders from different manufacturers.

Aplicații
The C96SDB cylinder is suited to industrial automation installations requiring reliable linear motion, such as packaging lines, conveyors and handling systems.
Its operating pressure range, from 0.05 MPa to 1.0 MPa, and its piston speed of up to 1,000 mm/s, allow it to be integrated into a variety of cycles, from slow positioning to rapid movement.
Non-lubricated operation is suitable for environments where process cleanliness remains a priority, notably in the food and beverage industry or pharmaceuticals, while the temperature range, up to 70 °C without sensor, permits use near moderate heat sources, such as certain thermal packaging equipment.
