GN 323.8 handwheels are designed with a circular recess to accept position indicators EN 000.8. The hub dimenions (connection dimension) correspond to those of disk handwheels GN 323 and/or handwheels according to DIN 950. Countersunk washers for handwheel retention, see GN 184. Tools for mounting revolving handles: see DIN 911 hex keys. Installation Instructions: 1. Mount the handwheel on the spindle with the set screw or keyway/countersunk washer. 2. Turn the spindle to the starting point (0 position). 3. Move the position indicator manually to the 0 position before mounting it. 4. Install the position indicator into the recess of the hub and fix it with the screw. 5. Rotate the handwheel and make sure the starting point of the spindle is aligned with the 0 position of the two hands on the position indicator. If the placement is not correct, loosen the screw and adjust the indicator, then tighten the screw again.
