The 6012 valve is a direct-acting plunger valve. The plug and core guide tube are welded together to increase pressure and leakage resistance. Different sealing material combinations are available depending on the application. A Bürkert-specific flange design (SFB) enables the space-saving baying of valves on a multiple connection plate. Push-in fittings can be selected for flexible hose connection technology. A banjo connection with banjo bolt is the ideal solution for simple direct attachment to a pneumatic actuator. An optional manual override enables quick commissioning and optimum maintenance. In conjunction with a cable plug in accordance with industry standard Form B or DIN EN 17301-803 Form C, the valves fulfil protection class IP65.
