Features:
The single-row ball bearing features a lightweight yet durable pressed steel cage. The double-sided seals provide excellent protection against contamination but cause a slight reduction in maximum permissible speed due to permanent contact with the inner ring. The groove for a circlip on the outer ring face, combined with the factory-fitted circlip, facilitates axial mounting in the housing. The bearing primarily carries radial loads but can also tolerate moderate axial forces in both directions. Its design ensures uniform load distribution and high stability at medium speeds.

Maintenance:
This model is factory-filled with a high-performance grease. Additional re-lubrication is not required under normal operating conditions. To retain full performance, temperature and load limits should be observed.

Sealing:

At the same time this type of sealing causes a slightly increased frictional resistance, which limits the permissible speed somewhat compared with open or centrifugally sealed designs.
